Paul Pierce is a well known NBA player. He was drafted by the Boston Celtics in 1998 and was the 10th pick in the first round. Pierce was raised in Inglewood California and he also played his high school ball there too. Pierce played college basketball at Kansas University and was drafted after his junior year. Early in his NBA career he was stabbed multiple times in the chest at a Boston night club but ended up surviving the attack. Later on in his career the Celtics ended up acquiring Ray Allen and Kevin Garnett and the Celtics ended up winning the championship that year in 2008.
From what I hear Ray Benzino was involved with the stabbing of Paul Pierce. He was a Boston rapper/producer and actually lived in my hometown of Hanover, Massachusetts for a little while until all this stuff went down with Pierce. Benzino's a goon and Pierce is a beast for surviving the stabbings and playing only a month later after it all.
